FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to what guests ask us most. Draft answers below — anything you don't see here, just ask.

What should I bring on the charter?+

Swimwear, reef-safe sunscreen, a hat, a light layer for the evening breeze, and a reusable water bottle. We provide bedding, towels and toiletries on overnight charters — just bring the essentials and anything personal you can't do without.

What's your weather and cancellation policy?+

Safety comes first. If weather makes a planned route unsafe, we'll adjust the itinerary or reschedule where possible. Please contact us directly to discuss cancellation terms and deposits for your specific dates.

Are meals and drinks included? Can you cater to dietary needs?+

Yes — overnight charters include three meals a day plus water, sodas, juice, beer, Abuelo rum and wines; day charters include a meal, snacks and beverages. Let us know about allergies or dietary preferences when you book and we'll plan the menu around them.

Is it suitable for kids and families?+

Absolutely. Our overnight cabins are configured for 6 adults plus 2 children, and flotation devices are provided for guests of all ages.

Do I need sailing experience?+

No experience necessary. Our captains handle the boat from start to finish — you're there to enjoy it.

What's included on board?+

Snorkeling gear, a stand-up paddleboard, fishing and spearfishing equipment, flotation devices, and a dinghy with outboard engine are included on every charter, alongside the boat's full amenities.

How do I book and what deposit is required?+

Send us an enquiry with your preferred dates and party size through the contact form, WhatsApp or email, and we'll confirm availability, pricing and deposit details with you directly.

Where do we meet? What's the departure point?+

All charters depart from Bocas Marina on Isla Colón, Bocas del Toro, Panama. We'll send exact directions once your trip is confirmed.

I get seasick — any advice?+

Our catamarans are notably stable compared to monohull sailboats, which helps a lot. If you're prone to motion sickness, we recommend bringing your preferred remedy (tablets, wristbands or patches) and letting the crew know so we can plan accordingly.
